      Short version: ThreePointer67 does not collect, store, or share any personal data. It reads your device's accelerometer solely to control gameplay — that data never leaves your device.
    

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Exponential Dog ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile game ThreePointer67 (the "App") available on Android devices. By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details.

The App accesses the following device sensor:

Accelerometer — used in real time to detect phone tilt (hand positioning) and shake gestures (ball throws). All sensor readings are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted anywhere.

The App does not use the internet. It contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, and no third-party libraries that collect data.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, the App does not collect or access:

Name, email address, or any contact information
Location data (GPS or network-based)
Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, etc.)
Camera or microphone input
Contacts, photos, or files
Usage analytics or gameplay telemetry

4. Google Play Services

The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect certain technical information as part of operating the Play Store (e.g. installation counts, crash reports submitted by Android itself, device compatibility data). This collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and is outside our control.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no personal data whatsoever, no special provisions are needed for users under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR). No personal information about children is collected, used, or shared.

6. Data Security

Because we collect no data, there is nothing for us to store or secure on our end. All sensor data used during gameplay exists solely in device memory and is discarded when the App is closed.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's data practices change. If we ever begin collecting personal data in a future version, we will update this page, revise the effective date, and notify users through the Play Store listing. Continuing to use the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
